What is Sarcoma?
Sarcoma is a rare and often misunderstood cancer that develops in the connective tissues of the body — including bones, muscles, fat, blood vessels, and nerves. Unlike more common cancers, sarcoma can affect people of any age, including children and young adults.
Because sarcoma is rare, it is frequently misdiagnosed or diagnosed late, making awareness and education critical to improving outcomes. Early detection saves lives.
